Baked Crisy Potato Wedges

Ingredients:
  • 8 to 10 yellow potatoes
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted -1.5tsp salt
  • 3tsp smoked paprika -1.5tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5tsp course black pepper -2 tsp vegetable spice

Dipping sauce:
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp of chili powder (or to desired taste)

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F
  • Cut potatoes in 6-8 wedges each and place in large mixing bowl. Pour melted butter on top and mix to coat the potatoes.
  • In a small bowl combine salt, paprika, garlic powder, pepper and vegetable spice and mix well.
  • Sprinkle spice mixture over potato wedges until evenly covered.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place coated potato wedges evenly on pan.
  • Cook in preheated oven for 30-40 min (flipping half way) until golden and crispy.
  • Mix 3 sauce ingredients and serve with hot potato wedges.
