Balsamic Bruschetta

Ingredients:
  • Baguette
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp vegetable spice
  • 1 tsp balsamic glaze
Directions:
  • Turn oven onto broil (high). Slice baguette and brush the bread slices with butter and place on large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Toast bread until golden, 4-5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, toss together diced tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, garlic powder, vegetable spice, and balsamic glaze in a bowl.
  • Spoon tomato mixture onto toasted bread slices, drizzle with more balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
