Beef on a Bun


Ingredients:

  • 1 ONE MILE RANCH ROAST
  • 2 tsp liquid smoke
  • Montreal Steak Spice
  • Original Diana Sauce
  • Bulls-eye BBQ sauce
  • Fresh Buns


Directions:

  • Place FROZEN roast in slow cooker, pour about 1/4cup Diana sauce on the top and sprinkle with Montreal steak spice and liquid smoke.
  • Cook on low for approx 8 hrs.
  • Take roast out and slice or tear apart and place back in the slow cooker with all the juices!
  • Add a generous amount of both the Diana sauce and bullseye
  • so there is a nice saucy consistency.
  • Sprinkle with more Montreal Steak spice depending on
  • preference.
  • Cook for an additional 2 hrs on low or 1 hr on high.
  • Serve on fresh buns.
