Maple Glazed Ham

Ingredients:
  • 2.2kg ONE MILE RANCH OLD FASHIONED HAM
  • 1 cup water

Glaze:
  • 1.5 cups Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1tsp rosemary

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 250°F
  • Wrap ham in tinfoil and place in roaster pan.
  • Pour water in the bottom of the pan around the wrapped ham and cover with lid. Cook for 5 hours.
  • While ham is cooking make glaze: Add all glaze ingredients to a small saucepan, bring to boil over medium-high heat. Continue to cook for 3-5 min whisking often.
  • For the last hour of the ham cooking, remove rind and baste with glaze every 15 min and broil at the end to get that delicious caramelized outside!
