Southwest Steak Salad

Ingredients:

  • Romaine Lettuce
  • tomatoes (diced)
  • bell peppers (diced)
  • frozen corn
  • grated cheese
  • Sante Fe Style tortialla strips
  • ONE MILE RANCH top sirloin steak -Bernie's Turbo Spice
  • Dressing:
  • Caeser dressing
  • Diana Sauce (original)


Directions:

  • Heat cast iron pan with butter until the butter is nice and hot (bubbling).
  • Prep steaks by patting down with a paper towel and then generously sprinkling on the Bernie's Turbo spice and press into the steak.
  • When cast iron is ready, put the steaks into the pan and sear each side. (approx. 2 minutes each side).
  • Lower heat to medium and let steaks cook until desired internal temp. (135° for medium-rare)
  • While steaks are cooking, boil the corn and prep the rest of the salad toppings.
  • When everything is nicely compiled for the salad then drizzle with both Caesar dressing and Diana sauce for the most delicious salad!
