Steak Fajitas



Ingredients:
  • ONE MILE RANCH top sirloin steak (or any of our selection of steaks)
  • Bernie's Turbo spice
  • bell peppers (sliced)
  • yellow onion
  • avocado
  • feta cheese
  • sour cream
  • limes
  • tortilla wraps

Bruchetta topping:
  • tomatoes
  • red onion
  • olive oil
  • balsamic glaze
  • vegetable spice

Directions:
  • Heat cast iron pan with butter until the butter is nice and hot (bubbling). 2. Prep steaks by patting down with a paper towel and then generously sprinkling on the Bernie's Turbo spice and press into the steak.
  • When cast iron is ready, put the steaks into the pan and sear each side. (approx. 2 minutes each side).
  • Lower heat to medium and let steaks cook until desired internal temp. (135° for medium-rare)
  • While steaks are cooking, slice bell peppers and yellow onion then fry in a separate pan.
  • Prep brushetta topping: dice tomatoes and red onion. Combine in bowl with bit of olive oil, balsamic glaze and vegetable spice to taste.
  • Pile high the delicious steak and all the toppings on a warm tortilla wrap and ENJOY!
